How to request a refund (web purchases)
Purchases on dawamy.app are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your receipt email. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
In-app purchases
Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are requested through that store.
