Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your attendance, leave and settings data.
Subscriptions
Web purchases can be cancelled from the Upgrade page in the app. Purchases made inside the iPhone app are managed in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Late time or check-in looks wrong
Check your work schedule in Settings. You can edit any day's check-in and check-out times in Records; the times you enter yourself are the ones Dawamy keeps.
Arrival detection
To detect arriving at work while the app is closed, turn on the workplace location option and allow location access "Always" in iPhone Settings.
