Who you are contracting with
Dawamy is provided by Mohammad Al-Damkhi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Dawamy you agree to these terms and enter into an agreement with Mohammad Al-Damkhi. You must be of legal working age, or have authority to bind your organisation.
Personal use
Dawamy is a personal tool for tracking your own attendance, leave and entitlements. You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your login secure.
Not an official record
Dawamy is not connected to any employer, ministry or the Public Institution for Social Security. Your fingerprint machine, HR system and PIFSS records remain the official source. Dawamy figures are estimates for your own planning.
Not legal advice
Rules shown in Rights & benefits summarise published Kuwaiti law and civil-service regulations. They may change and may not fit your specific contract. For disputes, consult the Public Authority for Manpower, the Civil Service Commission or a lawyer.
Subscriptions
Core tracking is free. Dawamy Pro is an optional monthly subscription. On the website, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation of web purchases are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Purchases made inside the mobile app are billed by the platform store and managed from your store subscription settings. See our Refund Policy at dawamy.app/refund.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in Dawamy, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own personal purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dawamy unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to falsify records for another person. Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or upload malware to the service.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
